Executive services arise from Wordland International’s experience in teaching Romanian to management and diplomatic staff. Our experience has been, that no study of Romanian language - an enterprise for the better understanding of one’s new environment - can go without its being suffused with cultural, social, and economical information.

Our students’ interest and inquisitiveness have therefore guided us for the last couple of years into the process of developing turnkey solutions for a variety of issues that surface in the interaction of expats and work environment. Traditions, corporate history, Romanian economy, social mores and Romanian office ethics cooperate in this exposition on how to get along with Romanian coworkers, obtain best results from one’s Romanian team, and be at the same cultural level and tempo with them.
